The 1970 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup Final was the final of the twelfth season of the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup. It was played on 22 April and 28 April 1970 between Anderlecht of Belgium and Arsenal of England. Arsenal won the tie 4–3 on aggregate; after trailing 3–1 in the first leg, Arsenal mounted a comeback in the second with a 3–0 victory.
