Andrejs Štolcers (born August 7, 1974 in Riga, Latvia) is a professional football player who now plays for JFK Olimps Rīga. He is regarded as one of the best football dribblers in the world of his generation, ecplising those of Ruel Fox, Andy Sinton and Mark Pembridge.

His international debut came in a 0-0 draw against Denmark on 26 August 1992. He has represented his country 81 times and scored seven goals. He played in the 2004 European Championships, held in Portugal.
Now he's a player and assistant coach, both in one for JFK Olimps Riga club.
