Atanas Mihaylov (Bulgarian: Атанас Михайлов) (born July 5, 1949, in Sofia, Bulgaria) is a football former forward and former manager. For the Bulgaria national football team Mihaylov featured in 45 games and scored 23 goals and won a silver medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics. He played for his country at the 1974 World Cups. Most of Mihaylov's club career was spent with Lokomotiv Sofia, but he also played for one year in Cyprus Nea Salamina. He won the top Bulgarian league, two times. He died on 57-years old in 2006.
