Johannes Cornelis van Hoolwerff (April 13, 1878 in Hoorn – August 2, 1962 in Heemstede) was a Dutch sailor who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1928 he was a crew member of the Dutch boat Hollandia which won the silver medal in the 8 metre class.
