Lope Íñiguez (c.1050-1093), succeeded his father Íñigo López to become the second Lord of Biscay in 1078.

In 1076 he supported King Alfonso VI of Castile following the murder of the Pamplonan king, Sancho IV of Navarre, against the claims of neighbouring Álava, part of Guipúzcoa and La Rioja. With their victory, King Alfonso ceded these lands to Lope Íñiguez, according to a 1082 document housed in the Monastery of San Millán of the Cogolla. In 1085 he formed part of the Castilian conquest of Toledo.

He married Tecla Díaz, daughter of Diego Alvarez of Oca. She gave birth to his heir, Diego López I of Haro, and four others: Sancha, Sancho, Toda and Teresa.
