Marco Giovanni Pisano (born 13 August 1981 in Rome) is an Italian footballer who plays as a left-sided defender for Torino, on loan from Palermo.

Pisano started his career at S.S. Lazio youth team. He joined Brescia of Serie B in January 2000. He was on loan to Serie C1 clubs in 2000-01 & 2001-02 season. He made his Serie A debut for Brescia on 20 October 2002, against Bologna F.C. 1909.
In summer 2004, he joined U.C. Sampdoria.[1]
In summer 2006, Pisano was involved in a 5 men swap deal to Palermo including Aimo Diana to Palermo, and Massimo Bonanni, Pietro Accardi Christian Terlizzi in return.[2]
In January 2008, Pisano along with Aimo Diana, were transferred to Torino F.C..[3]
