Prince Michał Jerzy Poniatowski, born Michał Jerzy Poniatowski (October 12, 1736-August 12, 1794) was a Polish szlachcic, opat tyniecki i czerwinski, Bishop of Płock and Coadjutor Bishop of Kraków (koadiutor krakowski) from 1773, Archbishop of Gniezno and Primate of Poland from 1784.

Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded November 25, 1764. Brother of the last King of Poland, Stanisław August Poniatowski, who made him a Prince on December 4, 1764. Served with distinction as President of Poland's Commission of National Education.
