Mohamed Ghannouchi (Arabic: محمد الغنوشي) (born August 18, 1941) is the 32nd Prime Minister of Tunisia, a position he has held since November 17, 1999. From 1992 to 1999 he was the Minister of International Co-operation and Foreign Investment. He is a member of the Democratic Constitutional Rally party.
