Noel Kinsey (born 24 December 1925 in Treorchy, Rhondda) is a Welsh former footballer, who played as an inside right for Norwich City, Birmingham City and Port Vale.

He scored Birmingham's goal in the 1956 FA Cup Final. At international level he won seven caps for Wales.

He later played for and managed Lowestoft Town in the Eastern Counties League.

He was inducted into the inaugural Norwich City F.C. Hall of Fame.^[1]
