One to One (service)

One to One is a fee-based service for private training at Apple Inc. retail stores. A US$99 one year membership allows the user to receive a sixty minute training/instruction session up to once per week (maximum 52 per year). The sessions offer instruction on any of Apple's software or hardware including Pro applications. Although there are predefined curricula (such as "Mac 101", "iPhone 101" or "Building your own Website") instruction on nearly any subject is available.[1] Originally this service was part of ProCare, but on May 2, 2007 was severed and became its own separate US$99 service. Existing ProCare members were given One to One memberships for the remainder of their ProCare subscription.[2]
