Qiangba Puncog (Tibetan: Jampa Phuntsok, Champa Phuntsok, བྱམས་པ་ཕུན་ཚོགས་; Chinese: 向巴平措; Pinyin: Xiàngbā Píngcuò; born in May 1947) is the current Chairman of the government of Tibet Autonomous Region of China. He is of the Tibetan ethnicity.

Qiangba Puncog was born in Qamdo, Tibet in May 1947. He graduated from Chongqing University, and he joined in the Communist Party of China in 1974.
He has been the Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region since 2003. He was most visible in public during the 2008 Tibetan unrest, receiving diplomats and journalists.
