Shwetha Menon (born April 23 at Chandigarh) is an Indian actress who has appeared in over 30 films. She is best known for her appearance in PT Kunhahammed's award winning Malayalam film Paradesi.

She is from (North Kerala) but currently lives in Mumbai. Her father served the Indian Air Force while mother remained a housewife. She studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya Calicut No.1. She competed in the Miss India contest in 1994 and finished second runner up behind Sushmita Sen and Aishwarya Rai. She became the first Gladrags Super Model in 1994 (Kelly Dorjee was the male super model) and then, Miss Asia Pacific Runner Up in 1994 in Manila Cebu Island, Philippines.

She started her career as an actress in 'Anaswaram' (1991) a Malayalam movie (directed by Jomon) as the heroine of Mammooty, after which she concentrated on modeling. She was one of the last round contestants for Best Supporting Actress award in the 2008 Kerala State Film Awards and Filmfare awards in the same year.

She has acted in few Hindi films including "Ishq" and several Malayalam films.
