[edit] Pronunciation

This site states that in most British English dialects 'clerk' is pronounced the same as 'clark', yet it does not give an example of a British English dialect which pronounces 'clerk' as 'clurk'. Scottish English and Northeast English are both examples of 'clerk' being pronounced 'clurk' and not 'clark', but I am unsure how to include this; suffice to say, I feel it should be included, especially in relation to Scottish English. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.107.53.36 (talk) 14:01, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
