After tidying up the references to the article, I've up-rated it to 'C' class in all three project boxes; I would up-rate it to 'B' class, but feel that it requires more piped links.

- Finding that 'C' class seems to be deprecated in WikiProject China, I've rated it as 'Start' class. I reiterate that all I believe that is standing between the article and 'B' class is the absence of piped links in a few sections, and the associated re-writing that would come with it.
