Treaty of Bucharest

Five peace treaties were signed in Bucharest:

1. Treaty of Bucharest (1812) - May 28, 1812, at the end of the Russo-Turkish war, Turkey cedes Bessarabia to Russia
2. Treaty of Bucharest (1886) - March 3, 1886, at the end of the Serbo-Bulgarian War
3. Treaty of Bucharest (1913) - August 10, 1913, at the end of the Second Balkan War
4. Treaty of Bucharest (1916) - August 4, 1916, treaty of alliance between Romania and Entente (France, Britain and Russia)
5. Treaty of Bucharest (1918) - May 6, 1918, treaty between Romania and the Central Powers. It was not ratified due to the defeat of the Central Powers.
